Right back region. At top, find the Levator scapulae (1) and the spine of the scapula (2). Medially the stump of the Trapezius (13), somewhat lateral to it the Erector spinae (10), the Rhomboideus minor (12) and the Rhomboideus major (11) are lying covered by the dorsal fascia. Below the spine of the scapula a row of muscles can be identified from above downwards: Infraspinatus (3), Teres minor (4), the stump of the long head of the Triceps brachii (5) and the muscular mass of the Latissimus dorsi (8) below the Teres major. The medial border of the scapula is also labelled (9). The cut Deltoideus (6) and the radial nerve (7) are considered as good landmarks of the arm.
