The fibula (1), the fascia cruris behind it (2) together with the sural nerve (3) and the small saphenous vein (4) passing superficial to the fascia. Most behind, notice the calcanean tendon (5). At the lateral edge of the foot, the lateral dorsal cutaneous nerve (6), the lateral part of the dorsal venous network of the foot (7) and the tendon of the Peroneus brevis (8) must be studied. Below the above mentioned structures, the dorsal fascia of the foot is outlined (9).
